There's this elephant in the room. Nobody is talking about this, but did you know that men have this gargantuan advantage called testosterone? The male hormone gives them this extra edge not only at work, but in life in general.
Not only does it give you physical strength, it also gives you drive, motivation, energy and happiness. Make no mistake, testosterone is a massive advantage for men. Not that I am jealous by any means. I am happy for men, but this is something that should be understood, especially by men.
Men need to understand women do not have this awesome energy hormone. The teeny, tiny amount we have cannot be compared to what they have.
The decline in testosterone is also why men get grumpy as they get older, but they still have more of the happiness hormone than we women do our entire lives. However, I believe it all kinda balances out. Men have a lot more societal pressure placed on them. We women have the pressure to be beautiful and thin all of our lives, but that's not as difficult as the pressure to maintain a high income to provide for a typical middle class family, let alone upper middle class.
Thank you God for the male hormone of testosterone. They may not realize just how blessed they are to possess it, despite adverse side effects, like potential aggression. Overall, this is a blessing that I believe many men take completely for granted and that many women do not realize how much of a natural advantage the average male has over them.
